The HP DDS/DAT Cleaning Cartridge I C5709A will clean all DDS/DAT drives which include DDS-1 or DDS1 60 & 90m, DDS-2 or DDS2 120m, DDS-3 or DDS3 125m, DDS-4 or DDS4 150m and DAT72 or DAT 72 170m.
HP has discontinued the DDS/DAT Cleaning Cartridge I C5709A and therefore we have limited numbers left in stock. These are also available for overseas purchase as well so please use "contact us" for any enquiries as our website will only allow sales to Australia & New Zealand.

Warranty
Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) global warranty warrants the user, that this media product is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the useful life of the product (the "Warranty Period"). If HPE receives notice of such defect during the Warranty Period, HPE will, at its option, either repair or replace such defective product.
What the warranty does not cover
This warranty does not apply to defects caused by misuse, improper storage, or normal wear and tear. Improper storage includes without limitation, not complying with HPE's recommendations on optimum storage temperatures and humidity.
If HPE is unable, within a reasonable time, to repair or replace any product then purchaser shall be entitled to a refund of the purchase price.
TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LOCAL LAW, THE ABOVE WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND NO OTHER WARRANTY OR CONDITION, WHETHER WRITTEN OR ORAL, IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED AND HPE SPECIFICALLY DISLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICUALR PURPOSE.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state, or province to province. THE REMEDIES PROVIDED IN THIS WARRANTY STATEMENT ARE CUSTOMER?S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES. IN NO EVENT WILL HPE OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OF DATA, DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS) WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. Consumer transactions in the United Kingdom, New Zealand and Australia, the disclaimers and limitations above shall not affect the statutory rights of the consumer.
Customer Responsibilities
To enable HPE to provide the best possible support during the Limited Lifetime Warranty period, you will be required to:
Maintain proper and adequate environment in accordance with the instructions furnished.
Always load the most recent firmware in drives, install software patches in applications, run HPE diagnostics and utilities such as Library and Tape Tools and implement temporary procedures or work arounds by HPE while HPE works on a permanent solution.
Cooperate with HPE in attempting to resolve the problem over the telephone. This may involve performing routine diagnostic procedures, installing additional software or patches, removing third party options and/or substituting options.
Australia Warranty Policy HEWLETT PACKARD ENTERPRISE AUSTRALIA WARRANTY POLICY: YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS When you buy a good from Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a consumer, the good comes with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.The relevant guarantees are as follows: Quality—goods supplied by Hewlett Packard Enterprise must be of acceptable quality.
