HPE StoreEver MSL LTO-8 Ultrium 30750 SAS Drive Upgrade Kit Q6Q68A

The HPE StoreEver MSL LTO-8 Ultrium 30750 SAS Drive Upgrade Kit Q6Q68A is a half height LTO-8 SAS tape drive for use with the HPE Storever1/8 Autoloaders, MSL2024, MSL4048, MSL3040, MSL6480 or MSL8096 LTO tape libraries. This HPE LTO8 tape drive connects using a SAS 6Gbps interface. The HPE LTO-8 SAS drive upgrade kit comes with a 29-Pin SAS-2 connector and has a capacity of up to 12TB native capacity at a speed up to 360MB/sec and up to 30TB compressed capacity at a speed up to 750MB/sec data transfer rate. This MSL tape library half height drive drive can read and write to LTO-8 and LTO-7 tapes.

This drive can be added to an existing library with room for more drives, replace a failed drive (although talk to us about our Tape Drive Diagnosis Service to see if it can be repaired) or to upgrade an existing Autoloader or library.
