Description

The Quantum LTO3 or LTO Ultrium 3 data cartridge MR-L3MQN-01 has a native capacity of up to 400GB and up to 800GB compressed capacity. The Quantum LTO 3 data cartridge has a transfer rate of up to 80MB/sec while writing data in native format and up to 160MB/sec while writing data in compressed format. The Quantum LTO Ultrium 3 tapes MR-L3MQN-01 are backward compatible and therefore compatible for read/write use in all LTO3 or LTO Ultrium 3 drives and all LTO4 or LTO Ultrium 4 drives, and can be read only in all LTO5 or LTO Ultrium 5 drives.

Drives that use the Quantum LTO Ultrium 3 data cartridges MR-L3MQN-01 are recommended to use the Quantum LTO Ultrium Universal Cleaning Cartridge MR-LUCQN-01 to keep the drive clean.

Quantum Corporation ("Quantum") warrants, subject to the limitations set forth below, that this Quantum media cartridge product (the "Product") is free from defects in material and manufacture at the time of purchase. If any defect in material or manufacture appears within the warranty period, Quantum's entire liability, and your exclusive remedy is, at Quantum's sole option, for Quantum to: (a) repair the Product, (b) replace the Product or (c) refund to you the purchase price of the Product, provided that the Product is returned to Quantum with proof of purchase such as a purchase order, invoice, or sales receipt. This warranty does not apply to the failure of the Product resulting from misuse, abuse, accident, neglect or mishandling, improperly adjusted or maintained tape drives, incorrect environments, or wear from ordinary use.
